The IPXProxy User Service Agreement is a contract between you and this website service and other related matters, Please read it carefully. If you accept this Agreement by checking the box, clicking on the confirmation, or in any other way, or if you use IPXProxy services in any way, it is deemed that you have fully read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement, and at the same time, this Agreement shall have legal effect between you and IPXProxy.
general provision (law)
1、You have fully read, understood, and accepted all the contents of the Terms of Service (especially the highlighted contents) before using the Service. Once you select “Agree” and complete the account registration or use the Service, it means that you agree to follow all the agreements of the Terms of Service. Your use of the IPXProxy Service will be deemed to be an acceptance of this Agreement and the IPXProxy Privacy Agreement in its entirety.
2、You agree that: IPXProxy reserves the right to update the content of this Agreement, i.e. the corresponding service rules, at any time. If IPXProxy updates this addendum, IPXProxy will notify you by posting a notice on its official website. If you do not agree to the changes, you have the right to terminate your use of the Service before the effective date of the new Agreement or Service Rules. If you continue to use the Service after the effective date of the new Agreement or Service Rules, you will be deemed to have accepted the new Agreement or Service Rules and waived your right to terminate the Service under this section.
3、When you complete the account registration or actually use the Service in other ways allowed by IPXProxy, you should be a legal entity with full civil rights and full capacity for civil behavior. If you do not have the aforementioned civil behavioral capacity appropriate to your behavior, you should obtain the informed consent of your legal guardian. If you are not yet an adult, please read and judge whether to agree to this agreement under the accompaniment of your legal guardian. Minors are deemed to have obtained the approval of their legal guardians to exercise and perform their rights and obligations under this Agreement.
Scope of Agreement
1、This is an agreement between the User and IPXProxy regarding the use of IPXProxy’s services. “IPXProxy” means IPXProxy and/or its related services as may be operationally affiliated. “User” means the person/business using IPXProxy’s services (including, but not limited to, Registered Users, Free Users, users logged in from third-party channels, and users belonging to partners and resellers), and is more commonly referred to in this Agreement as “You”.
2、IPXProxy’s services refer to the services provided by IPXProxy to you, and the specific services provided by IPXProxy shall be subject to the actual services provided by IPXProxy (hereinafter referred to as the “Services”).
3、This Agreement also includes the IPXProxy Privacy Agreement, and when you use a particular IPXProxy service, the service may have a separate agreement, related business rules, etc. (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Separate Agreement”). These are an integral part of this Agreement as soon as they are officially posted and you shall comply with them. Your acceptance of any of the foregoing Separate Agreements shall be deemed to be your acceptance of this Agreement in its entirety. Your acceptance of this Agreement shall be deemed to be your acceptance of the IPXProxy Privacy Agreement.
The Service
How to use the Service
1、The rights you obtain under the terms of this Agreement are only for your own enjoyment and are non-transferable.
2、You shall not use any means (including but not limited to third-party software, plug-ins, systems, equipment, etc.) to interfere with, damage, modify, or exert other influence on the Service.
3、You shall use the Service through the means provided or recognized by IPXProxy.
Provision of services on an as-is basis
1、This service is provided in accordance with the status quo that can be achieved by the existing technology and conditions. IPXProxy will do its best to guarantee the consistency and security of the service, but IPXProxy can not foresee and guard against legal, technological as well as other risks at any time, and IPXProxy is exempted from liability for such risks to the extent permitted by the law, including, but not limited to, force majeure, viruses, Trojan horses, and hacker attacks, system instability, third-party service defects, governmental actions, and other causes of service interruption, data loss, and other losses and risks.
2、IPXProxy may make product or service adjustments based on business strategies or other development needs, and the content of specific IPXProxy services available to users in different regions may vary, subject to the actual provision of IPXProxy.
3、IPXProxy service prices, quantities, availability, and other information may change at any time, we will not make a special notice. We will do our best to ensure the accuracy of the information you browse on the official IPXProxy web page, but due to well-known Internet technical factors and other objective reasons, the official IPXProxy web page display information may have a certain lag or error, this situation you know and understand, and in the use of IPXProxy services in the actual situation shall prevail.
Suspension, modification, termination of services
1、You understand and agree that in order to provide you with more perfect service, IPXProxy may carry out routine and planned maintenance, which may lead to the interruption or suspension of the service you use for a short period of time, and based on the adjustment of the business strategy, may change the content of the service, which may also lead to the interruption or termination of the service, for the interruption or suspension of the service caused by such maintenance, IPXProxy IPXProxy shall not be liable to you for any interruption or suspension of service due to such maintenance.
2、IPXProxy has the right to charge according to this agreement. If you do not pay in full and on time, IPXProxy has the right to interrupt, suspend, or terminate the provision of services.
3、You are responsible for backing up the data stored in the Service by yourself. If your service is terminated, IPXProxy has the right to permanently block your data from the server, except as otherwise provided by laws and regulations. After the suspension or termination of the service, IPXProxy has no obligation to provide or return the data to you.
Refund agreement
1、This Refund Agreement is a valid contract between IPXProxy (including but not limited to IPXProxy’s official website) and you for the refund of your purchase of IPXProxy products and services. By accepting this Refund Agreement by stamping, clicking on the web page to confirm or otherwise choosing to accept this Refund Agreement, including but not limited to not clicking on the confirmation of this Refund Agreement but actually purchased and used the IPXProxy services, you have entered into an agreement with IPXProxy and agree to accept the entire content of this Refund Agreement.
2、According to the “Law of the People’s Republic of China on the Protection of Consumers’ Rights and Interests” and “Interim Measures for Seven-Day Return of Goods Purchased on the Internet without Reasons” and other relevant laws and regulations, you confirm and accept that the goods provided by IPXProxy are computer software services, and that you can’t get a refund once purchased if you confirm to purchase a paid version of the package or customized version of the service.
3、You have a reasonable review and duty of care, and choose the IPXProxy product that suits your needs. The services provided by IPXProxy include charging by package, charging by the length of the product, charging by customized needs, and other services, the specific services and charging methods are subject to the information released by the official IPXProxy. IPXProxy may modify and change the charging rates and service charging methods.
Force majeure and exemptions
1、Force majeure refers to objective circumstances that cannot be foreseen by the parties to the agreement, or cannot be overcome or avoided by the parties, including but not limited to:
2、Natural disasters: such as floods, hail, tsunamis, typhoons, drought, fire, etc;
3、Governmental acts: such as policies, laws, regulations, and new behavioral measures promulgated or adjusted or changed by the governmental authorities that result in the agreement not being able to be performed;
4、Social anomalies: such as riots, diseases, wars, strikes (but excluding internal labor disputes of the parties), etc.; and other events that cannot be foreseen, overcome, and avoided and that have a significant impact on one or all of the parties.
5、When the above circumstances occur, IPXProxy will cooperate with the relevant departments in a timely manner and strive to deal with them as soon as possible, but IPXProxy is exempted from liability within the scope permitted by the law for the losses caused to you as a result.
